Refund and return policy

In ALMAZARA we take care of our customers and we try to ensure that in any incident the final satisfaction of our customers is as high as possible, therefore, we want our refund and return policy to be excellent.

Refunds

If after receiving any shipment, the product does not meet the expectations of our customer, you can request a refund within 15 calendar days of receipt of the order. To do so, the customer must communicate this circumstance by telephone or email using the following procedure.

  1. Acceptance of the reimbursement request.
  2. Pick up of the shipped product(s) by us. The customer must pack the product properly for collection by the carrier. To do this, it is recommended to use the same box with which it was sent, removing the transport labels to avoid confusion by the carrier.
  3. Upon receipt of the goods, we will proceed to verify that everything is correct.
  4. If everything is correct, the price of the order will be refunded within 2 working days.
  5. If the consumption of the bottle or carafe of oil is higher than 30%, ALMAZARA reserves the right not to refund the amount of the order/product claimed, and the customer will be responsible for any new shipment of the product.

In ALMAZARA we take care of our customers and we try to ensure that before any incident the final satisfaction of our customers is excellent, therefore, if after receiving any order, it does not meet the expectations of our customer, you can request an exchange for another equal, taking care of the return transport costs.

  • ALMAZARA is responsible for the return shipping costs during the 15 calendar days from the purchase.
  • If the consumption of the bottle or carafe of oil is higher than 30%, ALMAZARA reserves the right not to reimburse the amount of the order/product claimed, and the customer will be responsible for any new shipment of the product.

It should be noted that Almazara has opted for extra virgin olive oils GOURMET as natural as possible, being most of them in Rama, unfiltered or single filtered, so in these oils:

  • The cloudy color of unfiltered or filtered oil is natural.
  • Natural settling of organic matter will occur over time.
  • Consumption should be faster than with more filtered and decanted oils, since unfiltered oils oxidize more easily.
